The Problem That Started It All

Rohan's first job out of college was managing inventory for a small e-commerce seller. Late deliveries were routine, refunds were common, and customers rarely came back. He began mapping delivery routes on weekends as a side project, convinced there was a smarter way to move goods across the city. What started as a personal fix turned into a business plan within six months.

Building With Almost Nothing

With savings of under two lakh rupees, Rohan bought two second-hand bikes and hired his first rider. There was no software, no warehouse, and no safety net. Every order was tracked by hand, every delay was a personal phone call to the customer, and every late night was spent studying traffic patterns to shave minutes off routes.

The Turning Point

The breakthrough came when a mid-sized retailer, frustrated with a national courier partner, gave Nimbus a trial contract for a single city. Rohan's team delivered a 99.2% on-time rate in the first month. Word spread quickly among local sellers, and within a year, Nimbus had outgrown the garage entirely.

Where Nimbus Is Headed Next

Rohan is now piloting an electric fleet program aimed at cutting delivery costs and emissions, and plans to open a fourth regional hub next year. His long-term goal is to make same-day delivery affordable for small businesses that larger logistics networks tend to overlook.
